Job Description

We are seeking a Pharmacist 1 to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in retail or clinical pharmacy operations, medication dispensing, and patient counseling and a proven ability to ensure safe, accurate, and compliant medication management.

Responsibilities:

• Verify, dispense, and document prescriptions in compliance with regulations and organizational policies.
• Provide patient counseling on medication usage, side effects, and adherence.
• Conduct drug utilization reviews and collaborate with healthcare providers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of medications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Active Pharmacist license in the applicable state.
• Proficiency in pharmacy systems and prescription processing.
• Strong communication and patient service skills.
• 1+ years of pharmacist experience or equivalent internship/clinical rotations.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with immunization administration and certification.
• Familiarity with prior authorization and third-party billing workflows.
